Welcome to the HCC Team Camp 2026!! We had so much fun in Tucson last year and can't wait to go back for 4 days of swimming, biking, running, strength, mobility, and education! This camp is not open to the public. It is only available for HCC athletes, partners, and friends.
This camp will kick off on Friday morning (official time TBD) March 27th and End at 11AM on Monday, March 30th, 2025. All athletes should plan to arrive in Tucson by Thursday evening, March 26th.
We have lowered the cost of camp from 2025 and also found a slightly more economical lodging option to help keep costs as low as possible this year.
What is included in this package:
- Guidance from expert HCC coaches from Friday afternoon until Monday morning
- 2-3 Swimming sessions with individual technique review (including video)
- Bike Rides that will work on skills, build endurance, and help you gain confidence and fitness on a variety of terrains
- Daily running sessions designed to build fitness, while focusing on form.
- Group strength training - the coaches will guide you on exercises that are the most beneficial to endurance athletes and how to execute each exercise properly.
- Team Dinner (dessert included)
- Camp Tee
What is not included in this package:
- Lodging
- Transportation
- Meals other than the team dinner

There is no discounted rate or block of rooms so please book your accommodation ASAP. The regular rates ARE much cheaper than we have had in the past - and they have refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms!
By February 1st HCC will contact you with a more detailed itinerary of the camp, locations, dates/times. We will include a list of what you should bring, what to expect, and will do what we can to help you make travel arrangements if needed. FAQ's:
Camp start/end times: Camp will start around 8AM on Friday, March 27th. The final session will end no later than 11AM on Monday so please plan to fly out no earlier than 2PM on Monday if you'd like to stay for the final session. The last session will NOT be a bike so you can break down your bikes on Sunday night.
Preparing Bikes: HCC can help assist in getting bikes ready to ride. We will also be working to find a local bike shop that can help build/debuild bikes and provide general maintenance.
Transportation: HCC will not be able to provide transportation to/from the airport and cannot guarantee transportation to/from any of the training sessions. We can help connect you with other athletes to possibly share rental cars if needed.
Lodging: HCC can help facilitate finding a roommate to defray costs if needed. Please just email jess@hardcoeurcoaching.com if you'd like help finding a roommate.
Registration Deadline: We will close registration at the end of January. At that time we will work with registered athletes to help with shared cars / lodging.
Tentative Camp Schedule:
Friday: Morning Swim then PM bike/run on the Canada Del Oro River Trail
Saturday: Long Ride up Mt. Lemmon, Post Bike Run
Sunday: Morning Swim, Cycling skills and drills, Track Run session (+strength)
Monday: Morning Swim, pre-run strength and interval run
