Professional Triathletes Jess Smith and Katie Colville have teamed up to provide you with a 12 week plan that includes swimming, cycling, running, strength, and mobility. These two accomplished coaches will help you fit the plan to your needs and will guide you through the training with tips and tricks along the way. This is a great way to stay active through the holidays, give your training a little focus, build strength, and set yourself up for success in 2025- all for less than $17 / week!
